Minimise unexpected down time

Systems checks are carried out regularly as a preventive measure. This helps your business run smoothly and prevents unexpected down time, we all know how much you miss something when we don’t have it… this is why we ensure your system is not going to let you down when you need it most. We can back up your system on a regular basis to make sure you are protected in the event of sudden system failure, depending on the type of system you are currently using.

Reduce unexpected costs

Repairs following outages can often cost many thousands of dollars. Most repairs for contracted customers are covered under the Service Assurance agreement, but where there are events like floods, storm damage, lightning or accidents, as a contracted customer you receive priority service for fast repair at our reduced service rates.

Staff name changes, forgotten passwords, speed dial updates and other remote software changes are all included in the maintenance contract. No longer do you have to raise a Purchase Order or gain manager approval to have these necessary changes performed. Just “drop us a line” and we will make the changes normally within 48 hours.

Carrier problems

Rather than you calling us and then having to call your Carrier to report line outages, we will manage the carrier and their fault report repairs on your behalf. This is not just one less phone call you have to make, but can save many frustrating hours of chasing carriers.
